The staff were so lovely, kind, and helpful. We had such a wonderful day in Arashiyama! Everything was so cute. I had a purse I wanted to match my outfit with and they helped me out with my choices. The process was super easy. I would definitely bring a translation app to help out, but the staff did their best to communicate with us in English!

It's a nice place and price is fair I think. I think needing to come back by 5:30pm can be tricky but you can extend the return period until 10pm by paying 2,200 yen per person.
