Easy to book, friendly service, decent price. If you are a foreigner with big feet or big chest you might struggle (as I did - had to go back to hotel to change shoes)
For some reason as well they initially refused to do my hair. Not sure why. I pointed at the sign though and eventually they complied and did the simple hairstyle included. Strange.
Overall I do recommend, just make sure your feet are smaller than 25cm or bring your own!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming even though I did not speak japanese. They helped put on the kimono and provided a free patterned bag and tabi/shoes for the day. However, be aware that they may not have shoes that fit you if you are larger than a US women's 7/8.
