Excellent service!

The kimono is good, service so good

One of the best experiences you can have with a rental. The staff are so nice and cute. They work fast and with professionalism. They don't hesitate to give you advice and they have a very good eye for picking colors that suits you. The only thing is that they don't speak a very good English but you can still communicate well. They don't have a BIG choice of kimono but they are different and very pretty and you WILL struggle to choose one ! I'm pretty sure the hairstylist is a magician as she does WONDER to my hairs and my mother's. Overall a perfect kimono rental experience!!!

We had a great experience at Vasara. It was a last minute decision to try the kimonos but we got 3 reservation slots on the same day. We got a great price for the golden week special. It does take around 30/60min (men/women) to get dressed, which we were warned beforehand, and I do recommend going to the restroom before you get dressed. Gentlemen, wear underwear with an opening, you’ve been warned lol. Overall, great experience, they made themselves well understood in English and it was a smooth experience overall. Definitely recommend! ども ありがとうございます！

愛がない会社だなぁと思いました。事あるごとにオプション、オプション。追加料金。スタンダードコースで可愛くさせる気はないと思います。故にその下につくスタッフの接客にも優しさがありません。会話をすれば全て営業に繋がり、ヘアメイクもすごく技術をケチられる印象で残念です。また、強く髪、頭を触られ悲しくなりました。痛いです。って何度言おうと思ったことか。口調、表情が怖い方でうまく伝えられませんでした。コテは貸さない、三つ編み、ねじりは追加料金。。草履は色褪せ、足の指跡がめだつものばかり、紐はゆるゆる。バッグはボロく、帯も以前の使用からクリーニング、アイロンなどは確実にされていないクオリティでした。 お客様に満足してもらうサービスなど考えてないと思います。金儲けだけしか考えてないということが節々から強く感じたため、私は二度と利用しません。なぜ良いレビューがこんなに多いのか疑問でしたがどうやら桜の方もいらっしゃるようです。
